🌿 What We Loved
Beautiful Natural Location
The property truly feels like it’s nestled in nature. Surrounded by greenery and peaceful landscapes, it’s the perfect place to disconnect from city life and unwind. The setting near Pawna Lake adds to the charm and serenity.
Spacious Mango Villa
The Mango Villa was spacious, well-designed, and comfortable—ideal for families or a group of friends. There was plenty of room to relax, and the layout offered both privacy and common areas to spend time together.
High Tea at Pawna Lake
The high tea experience by Pawna Lake was one of the highlights of our stay. The scenic backdrop combined with a relaxing setup made it special and memorable.
Helpful & Courteous Staff
The staff deserves special appreciation. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with requests, which made our stay smooth and pleasant.
🔧 Areas for Improvement
While we had a lovely stay, a few areas could be enhanced:
WiFi Connectivity – The internet connection could be stronger and more reliable, especially for guests who may need to work remotely.
Continuous Hot Water in Jacuzzi – Ensuring uninterrupted hot water would significantly improve the overall experience.
Excursion Pricing Structure – The excursion packages seem reasonably priced for two people, but for larger groups, the cost increases significantly. A fixed base rate with a reasonable per-person top-up might make it more economical and appealing for bigger groups.

Its location and service
It doesn’t have cellular connectivity at all - for JIO and Vi users. They also don’t have effective WiFi on the property.

The photographs and description of Mango Villa set expectations that the property simply did not meet. The resort is poorly maintained and, apart from the pool, offers very little in terms of amenities.
The villa itself was disappointing—the floors were unclean and slippery, paint was peeling off the walls, and the Wi-Fi was down during our stay. The bathroom was small and unkempt, the geysers weren't working, and the jacuzzi's hot water wasn't functional. The water quality was also poor.
The food across all three meals was average, while the location is quite isolated, with most activities and places of interest at least 30 km away.
Overall, the experience fell well short of what was advertised and, more importantly, what we expected at this price point.
