The location was fabulous - we really could not have been closer to the beach. The apt block was really clean and very quiet at night. We were very close to a number of restaurants. This area of Nerja felt much more Spanish/authentic than being more central with lots of locals and Spanish holidaymakers on the beach and in the restaurants, although the Balcony is only about 10 minutes walk. The apt had a very well set up kitchen with a number of utensils, pots, crockery and a full size fridge/freezer which would have made it very easy to cook in if required. There was a small welcome pack including bottle of water and wine and some basic washing up materials and cloths. The provision of parasols and beach mats was very much appreciated. The pool area was lovely. Communication with the letting company was very good.
There was no dishwasher which was not really an issue for us as we didn't cook in but could have been a bit more of an issue for those who did. The provision of some cleaning materials for the bathroom would have been helpful.

Location is perfect - right on the beach, 10 min from Nerja old town and only 2 min walk from nice restaurant. The kitchen is well equipped, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Pool area is nice and very well kept and taken care of.
First night we found a cockroach from our bathroom. That definitely had a negative effect to our stay. The problem was taken care of next day by the property by putting traps everywhere. After one day there suddenly wasn’t hot water, again problem was sorted out by the property. When cooking (and using hubs) there was several times short circuit with electricity. About this problem we couldn’t be bother to report anymore. Then the double bed has extremely soft mattress which was uncomfortable and if there is two very different size people sleeping it’s even more uncomfortable.
