The house was clean, with good facilities. The stream at the back was lovely to listen too at nighttime.
The Hot tub wasn’t very warm, and wouldn’t go hotter because it said it needed a filter clean. The water had little bits in, and had abit of mould on the headrests.

The location was ideal inbetween Betws-Y -coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog.
Lovely village with a very good pub and a small well stocked supermarket .

Beautiful location. The beds are so comfortable which is exactly what you need after mountains!
Hot tub is a lovely touch.
Property has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The station is on your doorstep with trains to Betws-y-coed and many other stopping points up to Llandudno.
Lots of walks close to the property.
Spar shop close to the property for essentials. There are two pubs in the village - both serve food.
Snowdon is about a 30/40min drive from the property (depending on which route you are taking).
We had a great stay!

Nice stay in a no mansland. Very relaxing atmosphere and a jacuzzi on top.
The staircase was really steep.only a small supermarket close by.
