Breakfazt was included, and was perfect for what we required. Room was fine, but the floorboards made a lot of noisy. Otherwise all good.

Staff we met were very good.We we’re told our booking included continental breakfast served from 8.30 am.However when we went to get it,the door into the pub was still locked and there was no sign of anyone,so we just left.

It was a good location to stop off en route to Scotland and to walk to Hansom restaurant
The street is very busy and with supermarkets so we were woken very early by loud deliveries.
The kitchen was out of order so no food when we arrived and only we went down for breakfast at 8.15 am and tried again at 8.35 am and the place was all locked up with no sign of staff ended up going two doors down to Lazy Dog cafe and had a lovely breakfast there! We saw when we went back it had opened up but was too late for us! A weekday breakfast should be available earlier
