It is relatively quiet in this neighborhood at night. It seemed safe to walk alone except for being attacked by a neighbour's dog. The window has a pretty view of the garden. The owner is nice. There are reading lights over the bed and sockets right next to the bed. Early check-in was no problem. It was good to have the extra space in the dining/kitchen room to try to dry wet bathing suits on the provided coat rack.
There was 1 dead and 1 live cockroach in the bedside nightstand drawer. After I threw them outside another live one came back in. No fresh drinking water was provided. The bedroom windows would not completely close or lock. The air conditioner was exceptionally loud. It is a fairly long walk to get to any beaches or restaurants.

It was to close to the pier and supermarkets, the kitchen was well equipped.
The shower was inclined to the wall, making it difficult to properly take one.

I stay 8 nights , it was a very nice location walking distance from the ferry. Senora Nelly is a very lovely host. Daily cleaning. Airco works well.
Price/quality rade is perfect. Trips around the eiland is easy to book.
On the other corner is senora Juanita with bbq ( Vega/Meat or Fish) . Ofcourse you can Cook youre self, basic but enough.
Keep the money please with the locals instead of the big businessen.
Nice break for staying in hostels or hotels! There is a little outsite where you can sit and enjoy daily life in galapagos. By night no noise at all.
That I have to leave!

Great AC. Lovely hosts. Good value (given that San Cristobal is quite expensive).
Absolutely awful wifi and nobody gave a damn. Terrible Chinese torture of a dripping tap at night - earplugs essential
