The apartment is very large, and as a family of four, we were extremely comfortable. It is fully equipped for a short family stay. Although the communication is handled via AI messages—from what we understood—it was highly efficient and immediate. We asked to arrive a day earlier and our request was approved very quickly. We were also lucky that there was no existing reservation for that day. When needed, a human support member took over the communication. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes away from Plaza de la Encarnación, with plenty of shops nearby. In this house, you truly experience the rhythm of Seville. It features a charming and picturesque little balcony, which we enjoyed very much. If you have a car, you can drive up to the property to unload or load your suitcases, but you will definitely need to park it further away afterwards. The main street in front of the house is not pedestrianized but it is cobblestone and happens to be one of the busiest streets for pedestrians. Overall, we had an excellent stay and experience
You need to climb some stairs, as the elevator starts from the first floor, but this did not bother us at all. We would have preferred the double beds to be a bit larger, but again, this wasn't an issue for us.

Maravilloso apartamento, grande, cómodo y muy espacioso. Lo mejor sin duda la ubicación pero también las instalaciones y la atención del dueño.

Brilliant location close to many restaurants and attractions.
The apartment was comfortable and bright and spacious.
Communication and access via WhatsApp worked well. The air conditioning was superb.
I like an apartment that provides lots of coffee pods, toilet rolls and toiletries and laundry soap. This is much more thoughtful than a complimentary bottle of wine.
We were very happy in this apartment.
For some the steep stairs to the 1st floor may be a problem but fine for us. Note there's a lift from floor one upwards.

Zeer leuk appartement in het centrum van Sevilla! Appartement is niet nieuw maar is goed onderhouden. Zeer veel ruimte! Twee slaapkamers met een dubbel bed, een slaapkamer met een stapelbed en een slaapkamer met twee een persoonsbedden, een douchekamer met toilet en lavabo en een badkamer met toilet, bad en lavabo. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er alsook een leuke living.
