Scam! Estafa! Do not go!

Nothing but the position

The first day I got there they showed me the “apartment” which featured a fake kitchen (only a stove on a table and a mini fridge, no place to clean the dishes and I have been told that I could reach the so called “patio” by jumping out of a window, bare in mind I am 7 months pregnant, and yes, the guy said that to my face. Later on that day I realized that the smart tv was not working and I asked them to fix it, they didn’t. Later in the same day while I was showering the water was gone and I had to wait 2 hours to get it while, while I was offered to use a bucket. The best day I was still waiting for the to fix the tv but they never did, moreover the tv stopped completely from working and also the WiFi connection was completely gone. I called them 15+ times to ask them to fix it and 3 times booking to ask for assistance which they never offered and never answered. Oh and there’s mold on the ceiling! This was the second time I was there, during my first visit they sent me to the hospital because a broken shower glass door felt on me (while pregnant) I had to pay the taxi from and to the hospital by myself. Another yet uncomfortable thing is the even if they offer breakfast you will have to consume it in a room without air conditioning nor even a fan, the only fan in the room is set on the reception, so you’ll have to eat at around 30+ degrees. Not only I had many problems but the lack of organization, professionalism and empathy made my stay infernal. I had asked before the first night a cancellation with refund but they never got back to me or to booking, they are really bad people and I strongly suggest to avoid this place at all costs! I have been all around the world and this was by far one of the absolute worse experiences I had.
