Eine schön Wohnung, die aber einige Erneuerungen und ein paar Reparaturen benötigt.

Die Lage ist gut und grundsätzlich auch die Wohnung. Bad, Küche, sichtbare Flächen sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher neu. Das Bad sehr sauber, Wasserdruck sehr gut und es kommt auch richtig heißes Wasser raus. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Es ist nicht sehr sauber, wenn man sich Ecken und hinter den Schränken usw anschaut. Da lag zB noch ein fremder Schnuller auf dem Boden und unter dem Klappbett war sehr schmutzig. Balkonmöbel leider nicht schön und das Geländer kaputt. Die Betten quietschen sehr. Die Matratzen schon älter.
