とにかくFodhdhooの島が素晴らしい。ビーチは広くて美しく、しかもスノーケリングに最適なリーフエッジのドロップオフはすぐそこ。そのベストビーチから歩いて1分かからないくらいの場所にあります。宿はゲストハウスというよりもシンプルなサービスアパートメントで、スタッフは常駐していなくて自由に過ごせます。何か困ったことがあればWhatsAppで連絡すればすぐ対応してくれました。宿を手伝いしてるアダムは教師で紳士的で親切です。
島に来て知ったのですが、この島は食事処が比較的高級なsabbaビーチスイートの併設レストランのみ。だもんでこちらの宿がキッチン付きなのは本当に助かりました。島には商店が3つほどあって大抵のものが手に入るので自炊には困りません（パンはマレで買って持ってくるのをおすすめします）。でかいフリーザーもあって便利です。
そしてオーナーのユーソフが親切過ぎるほどで、スピードボートの手配はもちろんマレ案内もしてくれました。ちなみにマレから比較的離れてるこの島ですが、かなり安価で島への交通手段を手配してくれます。モルディブは島への交通費が高いので、このへんかなりポイント高いです。
DIY的な宿なので、至れり尽くせりのリゾートを期待している人には向きません。あと、キッチンシンクがあったほうがうれしいかな（いつも洗面台で食器洗いしてたので）

We spent a wonderful vacation in Fodhdoo, which is a magnificent place. The accommodation was very clean, at 1 minute to/ from the beach, providing a kitchen that was perfect for us, especially in the days when ferry didn't come with bread, vegetable or fruits. There is a beautiful family who takes care of all you need. Also the administrator of the property, Eusoph, is a very friendly and helpful person. Thank you to all of you for making us an amazing holiday!
