Clean, and in a safe area. Plenty of cafes nearby, great for breakfast, as well as restaurants. Staff is agreeable, mostly leaving you alone.
Offers free WiFi with decent speeds, and has separate networks for each floor.
Close to the Porte d'Orleans and Alesia metro stations on the M4 line. Had great access to most tourist destinations. About 45 minutes away from the Porte Maillot bus station by public transport; decent if flying in from BVA.
You can hear everything your neighbours are doing, so be careful if you intent to be doing anything that is going to get.... heard.
The bathroom in our room is unconfortably built - the toilet is oddly high up, and the sink is oddly low. Everything is useable, but my feet were dangling while on the toilet (at 180 cm tall) and I was afraid of breaking something.
Not particularly an issue for us, but sometimes people are partying through the night, so keep that in mind.
There was no AC in our room, but we came late september so that wasn't an issue. Keep that in mind if you plan on coming during heat wave prone times though.

Great place to stay in Paris. Rooms are comfy and quiet. Staff is really helpful. The small lift is a must if you have luggage. I really recommend this place for a nice stay in Paris. Best value for money.

Staff was very friendly and nice
Location is good and very quiet so I loved that. There was lift in the hotel. Staff is helpful.
First of all, I didn’t get the balcony room that I booked so I was quite disappointed about the room I got for the price I paid. Didn’t like my room although the stay was very short owing to arriving late to Paris due to my late delayed train (by 4 hrs) due to fire on tracks.
There was no kettle to heat up the water for a coffee or a tea if I wanted to.
WiFi was kinda slow.
