The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything to cook your own meals and the rooms have clean sheets and towels provided. There is even a small inside terrace that leads to the rooms that is fully private. The hosts are very kind and responsive and secure parking is provided at a short walk away for only 5BOB per night (less than 1USD). It is right around the corner from the Mercado Campesina which is a market spread out across the entire neighborhood.
To get from the kitchen/living room to the bedrooms and bathroom you have to go outdoors. We did not mind at all and actually thought this was a very fun setup, but it can get very cold in Sucre so it is just something to be aware of.
