Une famille adorable et aux petits soins ❤️

Chathu et sa famille sont des personnes dévouées et adorables. Ils ont à cœur de nous proposer les meilleurs services. Ils sont très généreux (Chathu nous a offert entre autres un jus de fruit frais de bienvenue,…) Le logement dispose d’une vue et d’un accès direct à la plage et la mer. L’arrêt de bus pour Galle est situé à proximité. Chathu propose également un menu composé de différents plats que nous avons pu tester et qui sont excellents et généreux. Le petit déjeuner, typique Sri Lankais, est un pur régal en plus d’être très complet. Si vous souhaitez passer des moments authentiques et échanger avec une charmante famille Sri Lankaise, foncez les yeux fermés.

Un séjour au top grâce à Chathu et sa famille

- la localisation de l’hébergement: accès direct à la plage propre et peu fréquentée avec très beau coucher de soleil, vue sur la plage et la mer depuis la terrasse de la chambre, à proximité d’un arrêt de bus - le petit-déjeuner: varié, généreux, local et complet avec ses fruits, hoppers, œufs, jus frais, thé,… - la propriétaire du logement: adorable, généreuse, aidante et disponible (réserver un tuktuk, connaître les horaires de train, …) - la possibilité de commander des jus et des plats (locaux ou non) la journée ou pour le dîner - la chambre: top pour le prix payé

Super gemütliches Zimmer mit Meerblick

Super liebe Gastgeberin, bei der man sich super wohl gefühlt hat und die ein tolles Frühstück zubereitet. Direkter Strandzugang. Nebenan ein tolles Restaurant.

Nicht in der City wie angegeben, 5 km außerhalb

Aussicht. Frühstück war o.k.

Es wird angegeben, dass der Raum im Zentrum und Strandnähe ist. Leider stimmt das so nicht. Das Zimmer ist 5 km außerhalb und wir mussten für tuk tuk 2000 Lkr ausgeben. Wir haben 1300 Lkr vom Preis abgezogen, da ich für 1 Nacht nie das Zimmer gebucht hätte. Die Dusche ist an den Ecken unsauber, auch das Moskitonetz. Die Besitzer wollten das Problem nicht begreifen.

Authentisches Homestay in perfekter Lage

Die Unterkunft direkt am Strand wird von Chattu und ihrer Familie geführt. Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und wurden mit King Coconut begrüßt. Die ganze Familie ist unfassbar herzlich und hat uns an ihrem Leben teilhaben lassen. Genau dadurch und durch die typisch Sri Lankanische Küche wird das Sunset Cabana zum Highlight. Chattu kocht unbeschreiblich leckeres Essen mit immer frischen Zutaten (Seafood, Rice & Curry, Fish etc.) und hat uns alle Wünsche mehr als erfüllt als wir gefragt haben ob sie uns auch Essen kochen kann welches nicht auf der Karte steht. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch, ausreichend und sehr lecker. Bei unserem nächsten Sri Lanka Besuch werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen. Jedem der das authentische Leben in Sri Lanka kennen und schätzen lernen möchte, kann ich diese Unterkunft zu 1000% empfehlen.

Pleasant stay. Thanks to the hosts!

The location is nice, both rooms have ocean view and you only have to go a few steps to reach the beach, but unfortunately the waves are too high and it is not safe to swim there. The host was very kind, the local breakfast was tasty. It is not far from Galle city, you can even walk down there.

The fan was quite noisy, the bed did not have a mosquito net, there were no comfortable sunbeds on the beach, the breaksfast was the same each morning (except for the fruits and juice).

We felt like part of a family♡

A very cozy place, the room is large and comfortable with a nice bed and beautiful views (especially sunsets). Very tasty breakfasts, wonderful terrace! And the most beautiful thing about this place are the hosts – Chattu and her family! They are very hospitable, caring and lovely, we felt safe and warm as at home! Thank you very much! We spent a wonderful 9 days in this place and highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of staying at this sunset cabana for a day, and it was an absolute delight. The hospitality was top-notch, making us feel like a valued guest from the moment we arrived. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast spread and also thoughtfully prepared to cater to different tastes. If you're looking for a serene getaway with excellent service and a good culinary experience, this cabana is definitely worth considering.

It's was a good place to stay with partner and friends as well as family.

It was a good and Safety house to stay and having good Times. And around views are so beautiful and realise the mind. I recommended to all tories to visit this house. And one most great this is their services are so good like they tread a family members.🇨🇳

The stay was nice and it is located at beach front. The host was so friendly and could organise taxi, drinking water, taking me to salon. The accommodation is maintained by a family. It is located 5 to 10 minutes from town by tuktuk. Dinner was good. The breakfast was OK. The host was giving information about the galle.

There is no mosquito net.

Fabulous !!!

Wonderfull time spent in Chathu's home. We had a beautiful, quiet room with a very comfortable big bed and stylish wooden furniture, spacious en suite bathroom . Everything bright and clean. We enjoyed stunning view from the balcony , while sipping the afternoon tea . The owner was cooking for us traditional local food and we liked every meal. The house is located literally on the beach. The beach was thoroughly cleaned every morning!

Very pleasant welcome and feeling, great location right on the beach. If you want to meet nice Sri Lanka person, to experience an authentic stay, this is very best way! Last, but not least,very valuable for money. Great breakfast. Genuine interest of the owner. We stay in Deluxe apartment, it was very nice, comfortable and peaceful. ..a great and positively emotional experience for us.

Sunset cabana hotel is the best hotel in galle.. price are excellent. I have stayed with my lovely wife for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place.. they gave for us early check in without additional charge.' all with help of very nice, friendly staff, we felt special from the beginning to the end.. Beautiful beach with the cabanas. Surly can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed. I have ever slept on !! and OMG😳 love they pillows , bathroom super clean. So we have a great night with the sea view., Breakfast was superb, so happy with our stay that actually was said to leave.. Overall, i had best stay ever in galle and definitely Will back there and I will recommend this place to everyone.🤗 Thank you for the everything😋....... Ishu 💜 Anu ⚘

i highly recommend this place for stay

Owner & wellcome she gave to us warm welcome when we reached to the property . Food english Breakfast was very good and owner was made continuously for days delicious sri lankan style foods for us and served. also especially i have to say she was kindful great a women. Room it was large room and has queen size bed and other furnitures. Clean attached bathroom Location & view amazing beach front view and beach entrence.

Sri Lankan hospitality at its best

Everything . The location is perfect . Quiet , directly onto the beach but within easy reach of Galle, Hikkaduwa etc . The room is outstanding , super clean , big , comfy bed and nice bathroom . There is a balcony with a sea view. Breakfast and dinner where delicious , but what makes this property special is the family . They are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble . I would highly recommend this property .
