Room, grounds and facilities were all fantastic.
At points, the waiting staff seemed a little inexperienced/new to their role. Whilst polite and formal, we personally prefer a little more relaxed and natural approach however understand the former may be what the owners are after given the Boutique style.

Beautiful set up. Decorated nicely. Rooms are large. Staff were friendly. Beach 15 min walk away.
Lunch was delicious. 5 stars for lunch
Breckfast was just ok
No hot water for the 2 nights we stayed there.
You have to pay for air con. Theres a fan in the ceiling but it is incredibly loud
