The host could not do anything to improve comfort and clearness in property. "I'm afraid we can not" that was his answer to several questions about comfort and dirty kitchen utilities.

very spacious room, fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. This was the biggest room on our Japan trip and we used kitchen and washing machine although we had not planned so - it was so practical! There is a supermarket around the corner.
walking distance to the center, next time I would book closer to the monorail etc

Great, fully furnished studio, clean with washer, fridge, microwave, gas stove, balcony, elevator.
Unit is bright and has good lighting.
Shopping, good restaurants and beach within few minutes walk.
A chair would have been nice.
For me the blanket was too warm. Option for thinner blankets would have been nice.
The communication was difficult. Extended twice, but are still waiting for reimbursement of one more promised cleaning fee 3 weeks after vacating.

The studio had everything I needed. 2 Beds, desk, sofa, fridge, washer, stove.
The place was nice, clean, bright and convenient. The beach and some decent restaurants were near by. I liked it so much I extended 2 times by a week.
Maybe a desk chair would have been nice to round things off. Communications with whoever runs it are poor.
