As this was self catering property I really can't comment on breakfast etc 😉 However the kitchen area was well equipped with plenty of everything to cater for six people
.It was great having the log burner in one of the two sitting rooms making the evenings warm and cosy.
As this was a larger property sleeping up to six people and we were there as a couple with a large dog we made sure that any room that we weren't going to use the doors remained closed.
It was really nice having two bathrooms, lower one shower, toilet and wash hand basin while first floor boasted bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
Whilst we enjoyed the log burner the door from the sitting room to the hall along with the one to the study/office just off the sitting room had both been removed not allowing the full benefit of the heat from the fire.

Loved the layout and facilities. Great for a group trip.
The beds were very old fashioned and uncomfortable. The single bed folded on me at one point which didn’t make for a great sleep. Loved everything else.
