Just about 150m away from the mainroad. And walking distance to the beach as well. calm and quite place. Friendly owner. Comfortable beds with nice AC and good wifi facility. Refrigerator and hot water also available. They serve free breakfast which is amazingly good.

Ranjan and Sriyani are wonderful hosts. Kind, caring and helpful.
Breakfast and dinner were both very good, as was the freshly plucked coconut from Ranjan's tree. He can also provide transport as required, and gave me a lift to the station when I left.
The room is very spacious with decent air-con (it has been very hot!). It's also very quiet as it's set back from the main road. The only occasional sounds are the birds in the trees.
The beach is just a short walk away, and is beautiful to walk along, heading both north and south.
It's a very convenient place to stay - I went on a river safari, visited Brief Gardens, and day tripped to Galle on the train.
Probably the best value for money place I've stayed in during my 4 weeks in Sri Lanka.
