Charming little cottage close to everything you need in Tumut

Great spot, beautifully decorated, comfy bed

It would be nice to have a lounge/sofa as well as the two arm chairs

Great place to stay, bed was very comfortable, attention to detail and fabulous location.

Beautifully decorated, clean and thoughtful welcome gift of chocolate. Great location.

Our towels did not dry overnight, so using damp towels for our remaining time.

Perfection!

This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. Everything was immaculate. Loved the location also. Close to everything Tumut has to offer. Thank you Crystal!

Exceptional

The house was super cute and comfortable. Crystal was also super lovely to deal with and had the house presented perfectly for when we got there. Literally couldn't have asked for anything better!

it was pleasant, the cottage is beautifully presented but for us a little impractical

Cozy, comfortable bed, spacious.Super close to everything, restaurants, pubs, shopping etc

No clothes dryer, beautiful chairs but in separate rooms we like to sit and chat of a night but it was difficulty with one 1 room and one in another. Also no instructions on how to operate the cooker which was disappointing.

Fabulous!

This property delighted from the minute we walked in the door. Recently renovated, beautifully presented, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Studio 69 is a well appointed, spacious house with a comfy bed, good quality bed-linen and towels, excellent shower and everything you need for a short stay. It has a lovely ambiance and feels like a home away from home. Set back from the road it also has a large back garden and is an easy walk to the shops and cafes. We loved staying here.

There is nothing to dislike about this property; it is a gem.

Location. Quiet. Exceptional. Great Value.

Location! Location! Location! Everything was within an easy short walk of the main street but the property was in a super quiet street. The presentation inside and out was exceptional. Great communication with host.

Superb

Studio 69 on Capper was a great find. Fantastic one bedroom house with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Nicely appointed. Great walks in the parks along the Tumut River. Also easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Exceptional

Beautifully renovated and styled studio with quality furniture and appliances. Spacious, bright and inviting with large separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with washing machine. Comfortable bed and good heating system. Excellent location, close to main street shops, cafes & restaurants. Exceptional value for money. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

There is nothing to criticise about this studio, particularly given the extraordinary value for money. Anybody who does not give it a 10/10 rating probably should just stay at home.

This quaint, beautifully decorated cottage was the perfect stay for a couple for 2 nights. Easy to walk to main attractions, great location. Cosy and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay.

Very lovingly organised, and very comfortable, there is just one downside

It was very well presented upon entry. Bed was very comfortable , all the aesthetic was spot on ,and all facilities worked well , for the most part. All kitchen appliances worked perfectly and the bowls, dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils were very carefully presented and stored in different areas The place also felt very private and welcoming, everything that you would ever need is provided.

While the drains in the bathroom/laundry blended into the place well, and looked very elegant, they did not work as ideally as they could. It was more form over function and it was flooded often, , the floor mat was always soaked in water after just one shower.

The location of this property is in the centre of town providing easy access to cafés, pubs and restaurants. the property was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with lots of thoughtful inclusions.

Without heating the bathroom would be very cold had it been much cooler.

A door mat at the front door would be helpful to keep grit out of your lovely home! ...and half a dozen cheap coat hangers would be a quick little improvement.

Very happy we chose to stay here while visiting Tumut

We loved everything about our stay at Studio 69 on Capper. It is a really quaint little cottage which has been superbly renovated to provide modern and tasteful facilities for short stay accommodation. It is perfectly suited for 2 people, with a very spacious layout despite it's small size. It was spotlessly clean throughout and had lots of little extras provided to make for a very comfortable stay (including a great bed).

No mat outside the front door.

A luxurious little cottage in the centre of town

A beautifully renovated little cottage that was extremely comfortable for a couple. Kitchen is modern and very well equipped including a nespresso machine for making cappuccinos when the local cafes were closed. The sleeping quarters is large and the bed was very comfortable. The linen was high quality. The cottage is located in the centre of town which makes it very convenient to access all local services and attractions.

The central location means it's in a noisier environment, particularly in the early morning when the early starters are leaving the neighbouring motel.

Beautiful cottage

Beautiful little cottage with everything we needed for our stay. The decor is very modern and beautifully done & in time the garden which is newly planted will add to the beauty of the property. Everything was clean and perfect and the location is very convenient.
