Very nice well kept lodge. Good standards. Very friendly staff. Rooms are great. Housekeeping good. Food good
Advertises a spa but not yet operational. No coffee station in the rooms. Aircon was very loud and had to be switched off to be able to sleep

Room service was okay
I was over billed by 15% of the total Comfirmation amount even after explaining and showing the staff who confirmed with the owner my booking confirmation and amount. I was told it's policy to charge 15% to all guests that use booking.com for their bookings. I have not experienced this anywhere else before.
