Hier macht nur die Lage den Preis

Mega gute Lage und ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Auch positiv war dass wir früher einchecken durften.

Als wir in die Wohnung rein gekommen sind, mussten wir erst mal alle Fenster öffnen. Es hat mega muffig gerochen. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht ganz den Bildern und der Beschreibung: Auf den Fotos ist z.B. eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine zu sehen, diese war nicht da. Es gibt 4 Stühle für den Balkon, aber nur ein Kissen für diese. Die Küche ist unfassbar klein und die Kochlöffel fanden wir erst nach Suchen im Schrank unter dem Herd. Die Mikrowelle hat meines Erachtens keine Grill- oder Backfunktion. Brötchen aufbacken war somit auch nicht möglich, da auch für den Toaster das nötige Gitter fehlte. Die Kaffeemaschine haben wir vor dem ersten Gebrauch erst mal ordentlich gereinigt, wie auch alles an Geschirr oder Besteck, was wir benutzt haben. Im Elternschlafzimmer steht ein Kleiderschrank, der in sich schon schräg und gekippt ist. Er ist auch nicht an der Wand gesichert. Darin befindet sich eine Schubladen Kommode, wahrscheinlich für Unterwäsche oder kleinere Teile. Diese ist jedoch nicht zu benutzen, da man, wenn man die Schubladen öffnen möchte, direkt die Fronten der Schubladen in der Hand hat. Ein Haartrockner, bzw. Fön war garnicht vorhanden. Die Betten waren zwar gemacht, weil wir das Wäschepaket dazu gebucht hatten. Die Bettlaken waren jedoch so lieblos in die Ecken gestopft, das hätte meine 6 jährige Tochter besser hin bekommen. Die Matratzen im Eltern Schlafzimmer waren so unfassbar hart, dass ich wahrscheinlich die nächsten zwei Wochen Rückenschmerzen haben werde. Hier zahlt man echt nur für die Lage. Für uns war es nur eine halbe Woche, für länger würde ich diese Wohnung auch nicht empfehlen. Wir werden sie definitiv nicht wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich gut! Hier kommt auch der Preis zustande. Das man direkt einen Parkplatz vor der Tür hat, ist sehr praktisch (im Notfall gab es genügend Optionen in der Gegend)

Leider gibt es diverse Dinge zu beanstanden: - Die Sauberkeit war leider unterdurchschnittlich. Neben siffigem Geschirr war der Boden sehr dreckig und die Matratzen sehr verbraucht. Mir ist etwas in der "Küche" auf dem Boden gefallen. Jetzt gibt es dort einen hellen Fleck, weil ich dort geputzt habe... - Das Etagenbett quietscht des todes. Hier kann man kaum liegen. - Sowohl die Federkernmatratzen im "großen" Schlafzimmer, als auch die anderen Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen und verbraucht. - Es gibt keinen Ofen - Es gibt keinen Smart TV (für Netflix etc.). Lediglich einen alten TV mit SKAT-Kabel (nicht mal HDMI um meinen Laptop anzuschließen. Den DVD-Player kann man sich hier absolut sparen. - Keine Abluft (trotz vorhandenem Kamin) im Bad vorhanden. - Leichter Schimmel im Bad + Duschwand verliert bei jedem Aufklappen die Gummilippe
