A uniquely designed, spotlessly clean apartment with a very pleasant and helpful host! BiBi has everything you need—and more! The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped; from complimentary refreshments, and toiletries to all the little essentials, it was better stocked than many hotels we've stayed in. Fabio is an amazing and welcoming host. The location is convenient yet quiet, and the apartment itself is both spacious and comfortable!
I also don't quite understand the negative reviews regarding the decor—I'm guessing those people didn't bother to look at the photos before booking. The apartment has a unique design, sort of a vintage Italian movie vibe, which is honestly half of its charm.
Wish we could stay longer! But hopefully, we will come again soon!

Fabbio was a great host who looked after us very well. He met us outside the ZTL and guided us to the accommodation and the paid parking behind the building.
He gave us lots of advice etc on local restaurants and the town market the next morning.
He was very flexible on offering to look after our bags after checkout time.
The decoration in this boutique hotel is quite quirky, but the beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.

I liked absolutely everything about my stay at BIBI. To start with, Mr Fabio is one of the kindest hosts I have ever met. My apartment was in a perfect order, very clean, stylish, and with everything necessary. The place is right in the centre of marvellous Arezzo. The bed was huge and very comfortable. They supplied bottles of water and coffee every day. Beautiful place, marvellous hosts! Thank you ever so much! Siete numero uno!
