Service was great. Rooms were nice. Convenient location. I left shoes there, they found them and kept them safe until collection.
Dennilton is hot so I can understand why there's no electric blankets but they should maybe consider it as an option, that night was particularly cold.

The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was very warm, welcoming, and present. The guard at the gate was also very friendly upon arrival and checkout.
We found the absence of air conditioning in the early morning, particularly during colder periods when it was needed, to be less than ideal, despite the explanation provided. The restroom facilities were rather compact and somewhat uncomfortable, especially given the difficulty in fully opening the shower door due to clutter. We would also appreciate the opportunity to utilize the garages, particularly as their availability seemed implied during the booking process. Nevertheless, your lodge is generally pleasant and commendable, and I would consider returning in the future. I would rate it 9 out of 10.

Breakfast bad we got to the hall half of the food was already finished and wasn’t filled up as it was finished. Other bread not properly toasted. Beverages need improvement both hot and cold!
Phone to be answered all the time by reception.
Breakfast to have variety
Rooms to have water jugs and glasses and fridges
More towels instead of 1 small and 1 big
Sufficient hangers in the wardrobe and wardrobe to have shelves
Showers to have doors and where we can put soap.
