Todo en un solo lugar.

La gente muy amable y acogedora, pese a una descoordinación con Booking. Siempre disponibles para atendernos y apoyar en lo que necesitáramos, incluso en la coordinación con la barcaza a Puerto Ibañez. el lugar tiene todo lo qiue uno necesita para estar ahí sin necesidad de tener que salir a Chile Chico.

Excellent price / quality; clean rooms (but restaurant a bit disappointing)

Good and clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Convenient location, very close to the border with Argentina

Restaurant (for dinner and breakfast) is okay. With a few simple tweaks the quality of the breakfast and dinner can be improved.

Una excelente estadía en un hotel bien administrado.

La atención muy personalizada, gracias a sus recomendaciones pudimos cruzar en el transbordador ya que no teníamos ticket. Los servicios funcionaron muy bien y atendieron todos nuestros requerimientos, como secador de pelo, ofrecieron imprimir documentos, parking, TV, WIFI, descuentos por tercera edad, etc. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

No pudimos ir a Los Antiguos por no contar con el permiso internacional, claro que en esto nada tiene que ver el hotel. Lo digo como dato para los que arrienden auto y quieran pasar a Argentina, deben contar con el Permiso Internacional.

Restaurant, las cenas de muy buena calidad, Javier el chef muy profesional fue la mejor parte de estar en el Hotel

La última noche no pudimos dormir por ruidos molestos de otros pasajeros que se encontraban jugando juegos de mesa con alto volumen de voz, frente a la solicitud al lugar de manejo de esta situación sin respuesta

Very good

Make sure you check the currency rate before paying at the checkout. The best way to pay is in dollar and cash. We payed 20% more by paying in chilenian pesos with a credit card.

Amazing staff

The place had a relaxed atmosphere and the staff, mainly Victoria, was amazing. Victoria went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is right by the border which is great in case you get stuck waiting in line to cross.

The staff, Victoria and the receptionist in particular, were very helpful, gave excellent recommendations for a visit to Jeinimeni park, and did their very best to accommodate our change of plans.

Close to the boarder. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Flexible staff. Generally clean.

One of us found hair (unfortunately not his) in the bed and the breakfast was average.

Superb

Very comfortable and clean place. Jessica at the front desk was terrific. She followed up on all our questions and needs. We had a delicious Sunday afternoon meal at their restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was getting better every morning - It was said that it is "American Breakfast" First day it was bread, eggs, butter, marmelade, coffee, tea, chocolate bread etc. Second day they added pancakes + fruits and third day they added juice and yoghurt. So the breakfast was nice! The staff was really pleasent and helpful! Wi-Fi worked normally and you can even get some phone signal in the hotel from time-to-time - in Chile Chico it was 4G all the time. Border crossing is only 2 minutes away by walking distance - so really easy to cross the border.

The water in the shower and in the sink was quite a problem - it was either too hot or too cold - you couldn't have water running on normal temperature, no matter how hard you try. The location is approximately 5 kilometers from town, so when you travel without a car/bike, it is quite unpleasent. Since there is a lot of wind in Chile Chico, you can hear a lot of noise from outside the hotel (wires moving against windows, carbage pins falling over, roof making noise from wind gusts etc). With wind the doors slam shut with a big bang aswell Walls are quite thin and you can hear all the noise from restaurant and other rooms next to you - even when there is no parties/too loud noise.
