This is my 2nd stay at this hotel ..the staff was extremely polite , went above and beyond to make sure me my family were taken care of...they make you feel like family...I will always stay at this hotel ..the location was within walking distance to my parents home and to the city....

I stayed 1 night and it worked well for me. I purposely chose a place on the way into town so that I wouldn't have to worry about driving in town. The underground parking worked well. The staff gave me multiple room choices so I could pick the one I liked the best, which I appreciated. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I appreciate having included breakfast; this was a fairly standard Balkans hotel breakfast.
The trade-off with the location was that there was really nothing exciting around--needed to go into the center for good restaurants and stores.
I didn't like the hallway music that played constantly.
The staff were perfectly friendly, but didn't necessarily go above and beyond, the way I have encountered at other places in the Balkans, to try to help.

They put me in room 4, which is 18m2, but in the room description, it says that the room is 28m2. The extra space was needed as we had a lot of luggage.
The breakfast is very small, and I wouldn't even count they offer if when booking, you will continue hungry after it.
During breakfast, although the waiter said that we could order any drink we wanted and I could get an extra plate of breakfast, they charged us for the lemonade and the extra plate! I complained to the reception and they removed the extra charge.
The restaurant food is not good. Our food was tasteless and small. It is better to eat outside.
They say that they accept card (the hotel and the restaurant), but when you go to pay, they will do everything for you to pay by cash.
