The cottage offered a wonderfully homely atmosphere with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It truly felt like great value for money. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and added to the overall comfort of the experience.
The stay was comfortable overall, but the air conditioning could have been better—the temperature control wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortably cold during the night. The staff were friendly and helpful, though at times a bit casual in their approach. Clearer attention to detail would have enhanced the experience; for example, despite repeated requests, breakfast bread was served untoasted each day, and cold drinking water had to be asked for daily. In addition, there was no fixed menu card, and every small item ordered was charged separately, with the overall food bill presented only at checkout, which came as a surprise. These were minor inconveniences rather than major discomforts, but they did add up to a slight irritation during an otherwise pleasant stay.
