It was very close to the beach and no steps to get to it! It’s compact but clean and tidy.
The dishwasher leaked but and easy fix with a cloth on the floor in front of it

Excellent location, renovated apartment, small but comfortable.
We were staying for 8 nights, if you will stay just for a couple of nights, these small “minuses” could not impact your stay.
- There was no proper wardrobe for clothes. It was awkward to put things away.
- There was no broom or vacuum cleaner. We couldn't clean up the sand from floor; a lot had accumulated over the week. There were no dishwashing liquids or rags.
- There was no place to dry beach towels.

Gute Lage und sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Alles was man braucht, war da!
Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich klein und eignet sich für zwei Personen, mit Kindern wird „sportlich“ sein – am besten, wenn man nicht besonders groß ist…. Dafür war alles neu und gepflegt.
Wir hatten ein paar kleine Anmerkungen, die wir der Besitzerin bereits mitgeteilt haben und die hoffentlich noch nachgebessert werden.

The location at the end of Monterosso was nice. It is close to the beach, There are restaurants closy by and more if you walk through the tunnel to the old town. The bed was comfortable enough. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery.
The company that runs this rental unti left us standing in the street for 45 mins whilst we waited for check in instructions to be emailed through. We had let them know mid morning there was an issue with the online ID system which meant we could not provide details that way. They could have told us then we could simply email them a copy of our passports but did not bother to let us know. When we arrived after a long train journey, I had to call them repeatedly to sort this out. They were also pretty unhelpful when the power in the unit went out later in the evening. It took them 5 mins to understand who I was and find what apartment we were renting. We had to find our way into the main apartment block and then ask a resident where the mains board was to reset the breaker. The unit is very small. It is a bit tired. The approach down the side alley is scruffy and so is the paintwork inside the property. The bed is comfortable but it is elevated so you have to go up and down a bunk bed style ladder to get to it and climb over anyone else in the bed to get out. Not ideal really.
