We loved staying in the cabin. It was supplied with everything we needed for our comfort. Staff was readily available to address any questions and promptly responded when needed. The cabin is situated within a small group of other vacationing dwellings, but independently enough from other structures that allow one to avoid seeing or interacting with other humans, if that’s the type of quiet & private experience one is after. This pleased us very much. The lake is a mere 1 minute walk down the inner road, and it is stunning.
Simple small things that could add to the comfort and charm would be replacing the one missing shade in the kitchen area and adding a colander to the kitchen supplies, and removing the soccer goals when not hosting families/children (visually, they’re a bit anachronistic in such s beautiful natural spot). Otherwise, the place is perfect for quiet stays. Loved it!

The place was easy to access and charming! We got lucky and had an excellent view of the northern lights right from the porch. It is far enough from town that we didn’t have any light pollution. Highly recommend!
The place was excellent! We brought a hot spot for WiFi and had a lovely stay.
