La ubicación es muy buena, a minutos caminando al centro (Rua das pedras), supermercado cerca.
El wifi es muy rápido.
Muy mal servicio! Mi peor experiencia en Booking en muchos años utilizando la plataforma.
Reserve alojamiento para 12 personas y no tenían 12 camas y para llegar a cumplir con lo solicitado, dejan colchones para que uno los acomode, pésimo! (Considerar que en el detalle de camas en la plataforma aparecían dibujos solo de camas, por tanto eso es una mentira).
La piscina no es parte de la casa, ya que es un condominio y si quieres hacer uso del jacuzzi, pues si o si debes pagar por el agua.
No leí sobre posibles recargos y a días de llegar te exigen realizar un pago de garantía por excesos de consumo luz y agua. Al finalizar tu estancia te envían fotos de medidores supuestamente del final donde indican tu consumo, pero JAMÁS te muestran los medidores cuando llegas.
Estuvimos muy poco en casa ya que la pasamos el tour y paseando y nunca utilizamos el jacuzzi (estuve prácticamente 1 día en la casa de 4), pero aún asi me cobraron recargos por consumo; todo muy dudoso, no te recepciona el dueño o anfitrión, sino que el conserje del condominio (muy amable).
Tuve que bajar una aplicación y yo darle la solución a ellos de cómo hacer el reembolso (ya que exigen el cobro pero no orientan de qué hacer para la devolución, dando a conocer desde ya su poco interés en realizar la devolución), pero en mi instancia en Río por unos tour que no se realizaron y me devolvieron el dinero en una agencia me orientaron de una aplicación de cómo hacerlo por eso ya tenía la experiencia).
Y lo PEOR aún no fue lo anterior, sino que cuando solicité el reembolso del dinero a mi favor después del descuento de luz y agua, se demoraron una eternidad dando miles de explicaciones sin sentido (escriben siempre en portugués para confundir creo yo, demostrando además su poca preocupación del turista).
Se demoraron más de una semana en devolverme el dinero, eso sin contar que la
Aplicación me castiga mucho por el tipo de cambio y por comisión.
