First of all i love so much the location and especially the staff ( so helpful and welcoming) +they helped me to check inn early and rest at my room .Everything was good , rooms are good due price and real as mentioned.
No comment. If you are picky and need 5 stars hotel with 3 stars price then it's your problem not hotel problem

Location is fab. Right on istiklal street. AC was fast. It was clean.
I booked single room. Reception initially said they dont have single rooms and asked for extra money for a double room. They must never ask for extra money since its not the guests problem. But after 5 minutes suddenly they gave me the single room which became available mysteriously. haha. Long story short, if they do the same to you, refuse the big room and ask for cancellation. I did not like the experience of check in. I hope next time they work in a straight and truthful way. Allah will give them more money if they stay truthful. I hope they will because they are good folks.

Bekir is a great host. I was allowed to check in at 8:00 in the morning, which was a surprise since i only went there to ask them to keep my bag until check-in time. He's friendly and always keen to help.
The bed was very comfortale, i slept very well every night.
The hotel is right behind Istiklal street in a very animated and strategic place that has everything you need. I would definitly go back to it if i'm back in Istanbul.
The hotel is surrounded by bars and pubs and the music played and football matches displayed on the tv are loud, so make sure to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
There's a sketchy road not far from the hotel where transgender prostitues are soliciting. Make sure not to venture into empty roads at night.

The location in Taxim, the room was not bad
There was no Wi-Fi in my room (only in several areas, not stable). I asked the stuff to solve it, they gave me another wifi but it was also not working.
Just be ready that you wouldn't have a wifi if you stay in this hotel. That's why I can't give a good rate.
There is a wifi in the cafe downstairs but the tea costs 50 lira (10 times more expensive than the locals pay)
