Good space for a family or two couples. Comfortable furnishings.
Instructions to access property were vague, especially difficult in the dark. Even though it was up on Big Mountain it was quite noisy.

The place was clean. We liked the location. The main bathroom had two showers and two sinks which was really nice.
It isn’t worth the price paid. The property has a pool but for residents only. I’ve never stayed at an Air B&B or Booking.com location where I wasn’t allowed to use the facilities. When I asked about it I was told the pool wasn’t listed on the amenities. It should be specifically mentioned that it isn’t available. I had four grand children with me and never would have stayed there had I been properly informed. Buyer beware seems to be the attitude at Alttitude Adjustment. Very poor disclosure of the non access to a key building facility.
This group of condos is clearly a rental building and not a residential building as stated on the arrival email. There was one other couple there renting for two of our nights and a noisy youth group the last night. No residential living observed.. it is located at a ski resort and the kitchen is definitely stocked with dishes and pans and pots for renters, not residents.
The WiFi was totally inadequate. We could call and send text messages but doing anything else didn’t work. We would regularly get the message it wasn’t connected to the internet. Thus we couldn’t do ant research to plan our days or watch tv as they would quit working every few minutes when the WiFi wasn’t connected to the internet. I informed the local contact about this the first night of our three night stay and didn’t get a response until our last night and that response was “we will look into it”. Responding to my concern the next day would have been nice..
The response came after I sent another question about checkout because the checkout instructions were minimal.
Obviously, I am not pleased with this place but I feel misled and overcharged.

"A lot of stairs to get into the main room, 32 one way. Then another 15 to get downstairs to the bedrooms. Would definently put is the overview, not acceptable for individuals with walking problems."
