L’hôte est aux petits soins
L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé
Le wifi fonctionne très bien
Piscine très grande et très agréable
La vue depuis le logement est à couper le souffle
Un tres gros événement a eu lieu le dimanche soir
Toute la journée du dimanche la piscine était occupée pour la mise en place, beaucoup de bruit, de monde, ce n’était pas paisible du tout et le lendemain il y avait pas mal de détritus tout autour, rien n’avait été enlevé et le restaurant était fermé.
Mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôte, je n’ai juste pas eu de chance ce week-end là

Everything was very good. Beautiful view. Ideal kitchen/ dining area. Comfortable bed. Patricia was very friendly and helpful. The resort has a gorgeous swimming pool.
Nothing other than a bit of a regular battle with tiny ants in kitchen and bathroom but the spray provided did work well.

L'appartamento si trova in un residence molto silenzioso e ben curato. Ci sono tanti posti auto comodi. L'appartamento è equipaggiato di tutto ciò che occorre. Patricia è una host molto gentile e disponibile. Il residence è vicino alla zona più bella per me della Martinica.
Le zanzare numerose ma non è imputabile alla proprietaria ma allo stato Martinica.

Les +, L’appartement parfait au descriptif vue superbe
Les - nous pensions arriver dans un complexe hôtelier, mauvaise surprise les apparts-hôtel sont gérés par des particuliers , plus d’accueil ni réception principale ( endroit laissé à l’abandon )
Piscine et parking privé sauf quand le bar organise des soirées ( minimum 2 par semaine) avec des gens de l’extérieur vous vous retrouvez avec 300 voitures et 500 personnes autour de la piscine. Lorsque vous pouvez tranquillement accéder au bar et à la piscine , les tapis de relaxation sont « dégueulasses », et tarifs prohibitif. Si Patricia avait précisé cela dans l’annonce, nous n’aurions pas loué son appartement . Faites bien attention à la vaisselle un chat extérieur nous a cassé un verre qui nous a été facturé 9€95 . Nous avions réservé cette location début d’année où les avis était positif depuis cela a bien changé. Bien dommage car l’endroit ne mérite pas ça .
