Loved the chrome cast in the bedrooms, very modern rooms with electronic devices to control the lighting/air conditioning etc. The grounds are immaculately kept, stunning views from everywhere. The gym caters for everyone and love that there is indoor and outdoor gym spaces. Cold towels are a nice touch, beautiful views when working out. Bedrooms are stunning, beds extremely comfortable. The food was absolutely fantastic, every single thing we ordered was delightful, from room service to pool bar to dinner, all so tasty. Beach is beautiful, with the option of two different ones nearby. Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety.

Not everything was explained that well on arrival a little tour and explanation of processes would have been nice, I.e where do you get your pool towels from, where breakfast is etc.

There are no rooms that directly overlook the sea. The price is high considering there are no noteworthy services; there is no welcome drink in the room, no fruit platter, and not even simple snacks included. I booked a half-board stay; breakfast options were very limited. For dinner, I had expected an open buffet, but unfortunately, they had a limited set menu that didn't include drinks. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked it. The housekeeping service knocks on the door twice every morning; if you don't answer, they open the door and come in.

Very stylish decor, lovely views from the balconies, comfortable bedding and breakfast was good (still room for improvement as not much variety for a 5 star). Nice location near a few beaches.

The pool was a little dirty with a strange film on top so I didn’t swim. Housekeeping wasn’t done the 2 nights I stayed even though I asked at the front desk.

The customer service and attention to detail and value for money has slipped massively in the last year.. staff need training on how to be 5star especially when we are paying 5star prices. Also the ice pool and Jacuzzi were out of order all wkend and it's these kind of things you are paying too dollar for to use and then they are oos.. Paper moon restaurant is totally over rated and outrageously expensive for the food and service.. staff need training badly!
