The location is superb. The view from the common area is nice. The bathroom is good too. Overall it was a 6/10.
The checkin experience was poor. The owner was busy in his grocery store downstairs too much. There was no help to carry luggage 3 stories upstairs with a narrow staircase. You had to literally find staff for help. There wasn't any filter/RO water, upon asking, the owner was like " we all drink from the main tap", sure, no thanks. It was just a way to extort a Bisleri price. Even then, they took 30 mins to send 3 bottles of water upstairs. The folding stair inside the chalet duplex seemed very delicate, it was scary in that sense. The food menu was too expensive, we did not order from there. The mattresses / sitting cushions upstairs had stains on them.
