The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding.
There is also a gas station down the way with a phone charging station
I wish people smoked someplace else besides immediately outside. I also wish they had USB charging ports but that's just me not being prepared.

Receptionist lady who doesn’t speak nothing but ukrainian was nice and was there to help and the price is good fir what it is
Too much noise , people very cold and not friendly, don’t speak English, floor is way too dirty and the fact that no one speak English neither try to make an effort is very difficult but I guess this is the way east Europeans from this area are mostly
