Great location for exploring Deal, close to the beach, high street and the train station but equally quiet so easy to sleep at night. House has everything we needed need for our stay.

The house was extremely clean and well presented and set out. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. The kitchen, whilst small, had everything we needed so we could cook meals when we needed and not have to rely on eating out all the time. All appliances worked well and we had access to everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A really great location and a beautiful end terraced house.
There was only one bathroom located on the ground floor next to the kitchen which takes some organising when 6 of you are staying here. The outside area at the back was too small to make use of, although tables and chairs were provided there wasn't much we could do out there. Parking is restricted to 2 hours through the week - not really an issue when we are out exploring for the day, but still on some occasions meant we had to plan our days around it to make sure we had somewhere to park nearby.

Central location
Very cold on arrival. The heating had not been turned on. The batteries in the thermostat had stopped working and we needed to replace them. Took 12 hours to warm the house up. The house was not as clean as we had hoped
