Perfect location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, parking right on the street outside (though we were maybe lucky), quiet rooms, and great breakfast.
We stayed on two separate occasions, the first room, with the round bed, was lovely with a view of the tower, but the mattress itself was not especially comfortable. The second time we stayed we had a standard king, and it was a dream!

The staff provided an exceptional experience. Their customer service was outstanding. Their kindness, punctuality, motivation, and extensive local knowledge, all supported by remarkable teamwork.
I was disappointed that the photographs did not accurately reflect the aesthetic appeal of the venue. Enhancing the quality of these images would undoubtedly attract greater interest in our promotional efforts.
