Eventually only spent 1 night at the apartment due to the construction works less than 30ft away. This did not allow us

Location, facilities and size. Low score only due to the works and not being informed at any point they were in progress (and had been for a while).

Currently close proximity to major construction works (especially front bedroom that overlooks the works). A little jaded and in need of a little tlc (balcony windows didn’t lock, toilet seat needed replacing, wardrobe doors off the sliders and wrong WiFi details provided.

Dirty and poorly maintained apartment – no resolution from customer service

I stayed at Apartamento Sunrise Chapaprieta in Torrevieja and was extremely disappointed by the condition of the property. The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained before our arrival. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed several serious issues: • The shower head and hoses were held together with cable ties and looked old and worn. • The toilet seat was heavily stained with yellowish marks. • The sofa bed and other upholstered furniture showed visible dirt and stains, with sheets and covers looking used and unkempt. • The kitchen bin under the sink was overflowing with trash, and the surrounding area was dirty. The overall impression was that the flat had not been thoroughly cleaned between guests. We contacted customer service right away to report the problems and request a solution (or at least proper cleaning), but unfortunately, they provided no help whatsoever. Even after we escalated the complaint through Booking.com, there was still no response or resolution from the host. For the price and the expectations set by the listing, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone until these basic hygiene and upkeep issues are addressed. (Photos attached showing the shower assembly, stained toilet seat, dirty sofa, overflowing bin, and other maintenance problems.)

Amazing location and lovely host.

The host, Claudia, is so lovely and very helpful. The location of the apartment is amazing, right next to the beach and in the town. Lots of nice restaurants around. We asked for a cot for our baby and that was provided and was good quality.

Just a couple of little things. The shower in the main bedroom drained very slowly so the floor got wet. Nothing was really provided and we arrived late with no toilet roll! One roll and one sachet of tea/ coffee would be nice. It would have helped us to have two keys provided too.

La amplitud, la limpieza y la ubicación. El sofá maravilloso

Había pequeños detalles de la reforma un poco cutres, pero sin importancia. El inodoro del baño en suite parecía sucio. Solo deteriorado por el uso de lejía.
