Helpful staff.

The hotel was lovely and the rooms very nice. The lobby was very small and very crowded with all the people and their luggage checking in at 4 am. Also the elevator was extremely small, old and slow.

Checking it was kind of a mess especially because it was at approximately at 4 in the am after flying in from Australia. This was our 3rd trip to Tahiti so we know that is when all flights come in at that time. Luckily we were one of the first parties to arrive because there were many other families that came in after us but there was only one attendant at the front desk and he was spending a great deal of time with a couple that was there when we came in the door. This couple had actually not booked correctly for that night. We were delayed easily 30 minutes for this couple that didn't even have a reservation!

Very accessible for the ferry to Moorea

Very comfortable, had everything you need and a bit more.

Good location. Rooms were nice.

I booked a room with 2 single beds many’s months ago and reminded the property that this was a requirement. Nevertheless because we came in at a later time they gave my room to other clients.
