My stay was awful and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!

The hotel is very good, but the private flat was awful.

The property was awful. Lots of broken items (like the room curtains, the night stand and so on), very bad furniture, awful low quality bed sheets and towels.

Value for money and great location

The location is excellent as it is located within walking distance of all the major attractions ie. The BRB TV tower, The Fountains, the National Museum, and the Cathedral. It is also situated within a 10 - 15 min walk to two major shopping malls

The AC didn't work. I complained and was told that someone would look at it but no one did.

Os funcionários são bem educados e a localização também é muito boa, a estrutura do hotel fora do quarto é excelente.

O quarto está em estado de abandono, o chuveiro parece banho de mangueira e não dá p regular. A cama faz um buraco no meio... Colchão péssimo e nem virando o lado ficava razoável. Internet não conecta. Tentamos contato com o anfitrião e ele não responde pelo aplicativo e nem o pessoal do hotel pode ajudar por se tratar de propriedade particular. Não vale a pena o valor pago p passar raiva.
