We drove here from Madrid, and finding our accommodation in Madrid had taken us quite a while because the address was not easy to identify. In contrast, this apartment was very easy to find. Before our arrival, the host sent us a photo of the exterior, so we could easily recognize the building and locate the entrance.
There is a fairly large free parking area nearby, and it is only about a three-minute walk from the parking area to the apartment, which was very convenient for us as we were travelling by car.
During our trip through Spain, we found that many of the apartments and guesthouses we stayed in provided very few basic supplies — often not even tea bags, coffee, or cooking condiments. This apartment was a pleasant exception. There were plenty of tea bags and coffee, as well as vinegar and olive oil, which we actually used for breakfast. It was a very thoughtful touch.
The apartment also has its own private little courtyard. There are no plants or flowers, but it has a sunshade and a table with chairs, making it a nice place to sit and relax when the weather is not too hot.

La localización es muy buena, tranquila, cerca del río y a un paseo del centro. El acceso es fácil, la casa dispone de todo, la cocina súper equipada y con detalles de bienvenida.

Quartier calme et agréable, à 20min à pied du centre en longeant la rivière.
A moins de 10min en voiture de l'Alhambra.
Nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement près du logement.
Le logement n'était pas bien nettoyé, il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain (évier, sol, mur). Il y avait des miettes dans le frigo, de la nourriture collée sur l'évier et la table de la cuisine.
Bien qu'il y ait une machine à laver, on a eu énormément de mal à l'utiliser. Elle était débranchée et il fallait en plus une multiprise pour que la chaudière fonctionne aussi.
Nous avons dû trouver la solution nous-mêmes. Le propriétaire nous a simplement dit que le client précédent a dû déplacer ou voler la multiprise.
La machine à laver n'essore pas le linge. On a fini avec du linge trempés et avec une mauvaise odeur. Nous avons perdu énormément de temps à essayer de trouver une solution. Le propriétaire a dit qu'il ferait venir un technicien pour les clients suivants. Nous regrettons qu'aucune solution ne nous ait été proposé pendant notre séjour.
