Loved the location!! Parking was right outside the door, so convenient. Decor was beachy. Grass right outside for dogs!! AC worked well.

Futon is not comfortable for sitting for very long. Recommend a new coffee pot that shuts off automatically.

The host, Marianne is attentive. A binder on the office desk has useful information & the area. Big one bedroom house is a block from seawall & fishing piers. Excellent location. Will stay again for fishing.
