la casa è molto spaziosa e la posizione ottima, si trova circa a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Funchal, ci sono vicini due supermercati (circa 5 minuti di macchina). la vista dal balcone è molto bella. c’è il parcheggio per l’auto sia lungo la strada che conduce alla casa che nel cancello della casa. le stanze sono comode e la sala con sala da pranzo molto grande. c’è anche uno spazio all’aperto se lo si vuole sfruttare.
la strada per arrivare alla casa è abbastanza stretta se la si vuole percorrere in macchina, si riesce comunque ma si deve stare più attenti. le stoviglie della cucina non erano molto pulite. l’acqua del lavandino della cucina e della doccia di uno dei due bagni scorre molto lentamente.
al piano sotto della casa vive un parente del proprietario e le due case sono collegate internamente. non è necessariamente un problema, ma è bene saperlo.

The place is a nice old house, the access is easy with a lockbox for the key ,the view is nice in the evening.
FYI: you can hear the cars on the main road during the night.
he house was generally clean, but it could have used a bit more attention to detail prior to arrival—for example, the insides of the dressers/wardrobes had been missed. The property has great potential, though it feels like a few investments and upgrades are needed to really elevate the experience.

We liked the view very much and having two bathrooms, the landlord was very nice as well.
