Perfect location - Chamberí is a great area full of restaurants and bars and a great atmosphere. The property was compact but well arranged with all new facilities.

Es súper cuki! Me gustó mucho todo muy moderno,tiene dos baños en cada habitación las camas súper cómodas.Tienes de todo alrededor bares supermercados banco.Esta cerca de todo! La comunidad súper tranquila ni un ruido! La verdad repetiré!

Las camas son muy cómodas, que es lo principal. Está bien equipado y bien comunicado.
Es complicado moverse y abrir armarios en la cocina con esa mesa y sillas tan grandes. Contactar con el personal lo he intentado por mail y por teléfono y no he podido. Porque creíamos que no habían cubiertos y sartenes pero finalmente los encontramos en una alacena.

La ubicación
Parece más grande de lo que es,la chica que nos abría llegó media hora tarde. Las toallas y sábanas estaban tendidas aún sin recoger,el sofá cama incómodo. Faltaba un nórdico el cual se suponía que nos traían en el mismo día y no fue hasta pasadas 24h que lo trajeron después de insistir muchísimo. El salón tenía moho en la pared de la ventana. El teléfono de atención al viajero mal,a partir de las 19:00h no atienden y menos contestan las llamadas,para que contesten tardan horas.
