Great Spot In Marrakesh

We loved the location. Great proximity to to tourist locations without all of the downtown noise and traffic. Hosts were friendly, apartment has a beautiful view and comfortable bed.

We came during December, and the apartment was very cold and the heater was not working. If the heater had been working this would have been a 10 out of 10.

Reasonable place. Just poorly managed

Spacious apartments. Somewhat clean.

The management team need more staff as when you need something it is very hard to get hold of someone. I was frustrated when I booked one three bed and one two bed and was given 2 two bed apartments instead. It was not made very clear that the three bed apartments are based at Topaz site. And the two bed apartments were based in the Corail site. I assumed this was one site. As I went with a big family I didn’t want to split up so ended up taking the two bed at Corail site. The kitchen was not the best as we had ant infestation. And also cockroaches in rooms and bathroom. Swimming pool was good. But the bath tubs had cockroaches coming out the pipes. I would not recommend this place to anyone and won’t be returning. Btw when you get there you get hit with a €30 cleaning fee which I refused to pay so ended up cleaning the room myself.

Disgusting service and accomodation

I’ve tried escalating this but I got no compensation. So if you read my review and still want to book this apartment.. that’s up to you! Upon arrival, we were sent to a different apartment than booked. I was told we would be sent back to our apartment booked tomorrow. I agreed to this because the guy I spoke to Ahmed said if we don’t want it then to cancel my reservation. (I have two kids so I had no choice). When we got moved to our apartment the following day there was serious electricity issues. There was no lighting and no AC. I tried contacting him and he picked up the first time and said he is coming. This was at 2am in the morning. 20 mins later no response and now not answering our calls and texts. This is not acceptable, to stay in an apartment for 2 whole days with a temperature of 40+ during the day! This situation is unsafe and unacceptable but we had no other option. The following day an electrician got sent who did something but still had same problem. At this point I was getting very upset and just wanted to come back to the UK. The manager was not helping us and I felt so helpless for my children. The third day, we got moved into another apartment but this man let me struggle for 3 days before he did anything about it.

Absolutely horrendous service. Don't be fooled by the photos you see on here. Nothing good to say.

Well where do I start? I booked an apartment in one of their locations in Prestigia called Corail as did some of my family members who were there before me. However, when I landed I was told my room would be ready by 3pm. At 12pm the manager Ahmed told me they do not have an apartment for me in Corail until the next day so they will take me to another apartment for the day. I don't understand how they cannot have an apartment ready for me even though it was booked. I was told he will come and meet me at a certain time, but I waited almost two hours for him. I was taken to this new location which was 20mins drive away from Corail. It was a very remote place that looked run down with nothing nearby. The apartment I was taken to was an old building in some alley way on the first floor. The room had no facilities, no water was even given, no towels nothing. I was told to stay the night which is ridiculous and waste my entire day. This was nothing compared to what I paid for. My wife and I were extremely upset about how we were treated. One of the booking staff called Lamya called me and was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She said that they gave our apartment to another customer which makes no sense. She did not understand that this is so unfair and incorrect. She tried to threaten me and tell me to either cancel my booking now or stay where I am. After so many phone calls and stress trying to tell her to arrange for another apartment in corail or closer to our family, they ignored us. We decided to stay with our family in a place called Opal which was again away from our family who were staying in Corail and where they booked too but were told there's no space for them. On our second day we were given an apartment. However, the apartments do not look anything like the photos you see. It is very run down and unkept. There are loads of ants and cockroaches everywhere. There is a horrendous smell of sewage in the apartment too.
