E, poderiam disponibilizar ao menos uma garrafa de água para quando o hóspede chega. Ainda que cobre depois, ou coloque já no preço da contratação.
Ou instalem um filtro.
Cheguei mais de 22h no hotel e sair para comprar água é incômodo, além de arriscado.

Lugar limpo bem organizado, cama boa existe uma máquina de lavar roupa dentro do apartamento que facilita muito, tem utensílios de cozinha bom roupas de cama e a cama é uma maravilha, muito confortável. Os ar-condicionado funciona bem. Banho de chuveiro muito bom.
A comunicação com a empresa só através do WhatsApp! Horrível. O telefone está quebrado abri um chamado o rapaz foi no apartamento às 13:00 eu disse que estava almoçando e estaria dentro de 30:00 minutos no apartamento, ne que ele foi embora e só abrindo outro chamado e pior que para abrir o chamado só através do WhatsApp. O apartamento precisa passar por uma reforma simples a porta do banheiro já não está com os pinos no local as torneiras no chuveiro e da pia não estão fechando direito e a iluminação com as luzes mais fraca que não dar para enxergar direito à noite.

This is the third time in the building but first time in the specific apartment. Building, building dtaff and location are excellent
This specific apartment had issues. It wasnt cleaned when we arrived (still having the wet towels from the previous guest). Communication with the apartment management via whatsapp was poor.
Some lights didn't work, we have to wait for a technician.
Microwave and stove didnt work and technician said they will change them but did nothing.
Shower wasn't super clean and had fungus.
Door card not working properly, you have to try maybe 7 times to open the door (we asked in frontdesk and they set the cards again many times with no luck)
