Дуже чисто та затишно. Чудовий сервіс, та персонал, допомогли швидко та зручно переселитись, коли потрібно було залишитись ще на добу(був резерв на мої апартаменти) Дуже вдячний🙏

Everything was great. Received check in information and everything was fairly easy. The instructions were slightly outdated and needs a little refresh. Very minor thing. Location was amazing and perfect for me. The apartment was amazing. Instructions were in English and Ukrainian for everything (very nice touch). All electronic keypad locks which was very nice and perfect. I felt extremely safe, but I felt safe in Ukraine everywhere. So, let's say if this apartment was in New York city I would have felt very safe with the doors and security. Small washer by American standard. This goes for all places in you will go to, plan ahead for laundry. I am used to wash clothes 1 hour and then dry clothes in 45 minutes. Total wash to wear 2 hours. In Ukraine you have to air dry clothes. Wash 1 hour but drying time can be a very long time for air drying. All depends on clothing. There are no self-service laundromats I could find but they do have full-service laundry which states 2 days service. Just keep this in mind. This is not a negative just information for travelers.

As stated, before everything was great if I was to say anything at all that could be improved is the shower size. It is a very small shower. This bathroom is large compared to others I have seen and could be an easy fix to enlarge the shower. This would never prevent me from renting this place again. When I go back to Kyiv I would 100% rent this place again.
