Look no further, book immediately !

Newly built, 2 good sized bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, Bosch washing machine, modern well equipped kitchen, large living area leads to wide balcony looking over vacant lot to hilltop Evagelestria church floodlit at night. Nice family.

What more could you want? Lidl supermarket 200 metres. Electric blinds in bedrooms. Fab old town to get lost in character full lanes. 100+ veg fish clothes market stalls Wednesday morn. 1.5hr inside Palamidi fortress - we did not climb 999 steps, the missing one caused architect to suicide! March is last winter month so museums everywhere in Greece half-price AND VERY FEW TOURISTS BUT STILL BLUE SKIES

Location was perfect with views of the Palamidi fortress and Bavarian Lion right from the balcony. The apartment was clean with ample necessities provided. The host went above and beyond with welcoming us and responding promptly to our messages.

A great base for visiting Nafplio and the northeast Peloponnese.

This is an outstanding accommodation -- spacious, well-appointed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a large terrace, with ample seating and a table for al fresco dining. Parking was in the building's underground garage, which made it easy to come and go as we wished. The hosts could not have been better. They contacted us before our arrival on WhatsApp so they could meet us at the entry to the property, and they stocked the kitchen with a nice bottle of Greek wine, fresh fruit, and a homemade cake (delicious!). They also made excellent recommendations for restaurants in Nafplio.

The property is located in a residential area about 10-15 minutes by foot from Nafplio's charming Old Town. This was NOT a problem for us, but persons renting the property should be aware of this if they prefer to be more 'in the center of things'.

One of the best apartments we've been at, suited perfectly for our big family of 6. It is beautifuly decorated, super clean, very cozy and spacious, fully equipped with everything you need. The underground parking was excellent and the location is great - minutes walk from restaurants, supermarket and the old town. And most importantly- Dimitris was a perfect host - responded quickly to any requests, assisted us with tips and guidance on the area and left us good wine, water bottles and a cake made by his wife - a real super host 😀

The apartment was amazingly good. Everything was very new, clean and cosy. The owner was super friendly and gave us home made cake, wine and fruits. He recommended where to eat and what to see in the town. They has nice terrace. Town center is in 10 min walking distance. Private car parking was very convient and included in to the room's price.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Staying there you will enjoy a modern apartment in walking distance from the old town of Nafplio. The host was very kind and helpful regarding our request for a crib! Definitely recommended!!!!!

Friendly, considerate hosts and extremely clean apartment perfect size for two people.

Excellent hosts, felt very welcome and had all the information we needed. Place was big, clean and had everything you could ever want.

This place was the perfect base for our visit to Mycenae, Epidavros, and Napflion.

The property was clean and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking can be difficult in this town, but we had free on site parking. The host provdied us with wine, fruit, and a homemade loaf cake.

It was great; I’d use it again if I were to return.

Everything was just perfect! Mika and Dimitris are the best hosts one can imagine. Everything in the apartment was available, wine, lots of fruits, even homemade cake. Two bathrooms, two balconies, washing machine, enough towels, the kitchen invites for cooking. The garage parking with elevator to the apartment was another asset. Short walking distance to old town, supermarkets and restaurants. Very quiet surroundings. Simply very recommendable!

The best apartment we hav ever stayed in

If it were possible to give a score above 10, it goes to Dimitris and Mika's apartment. Its location is in a quiet and good neighborhood, outside the tourist and commercial noise, but close to everything. 5 minutes drive to the old city by car. A huge Lidl supermarket 300 meters away. Within a 2-minute walk Main St. with many restaurants and shops. From the apartment there is a view to the front of the church opposite, and from the side a view to the Palamidi fortress. Modern building with secure underground parking. And the apartment is perfect. Equipped with everything a guest needs to feel at home. And the design is no less stunning. It is evident that a lot of thought and resources were invested in the design and organization of all the details in the apartment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms & toilets, two balconies in the front and back. Super equipped kitchen. The bedroom beds with excellent mattresses. Everything is new and I wish it would stay that way. In short, everything is perfect. The communication with Dimitris was excellent from the booking stage, upon arrival and the reception at check-in. In the apartment, many bottles of water, fruit, white wine were prepared for us in the refrigerator. Dimitris was available for any questions and helpful information at all hours of the day. An exemplary host. We already want to come back and stay in his apartment one more time.

Really enjoyed the stay, would definitely recommend

It is very clean and quiet. It has everything we need. Host is super friendly and helpful, and easy to communicate with.

The location is a bit far from the city center. But the town is not big, we can walk to most of the places.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect. The apartment was easy to find, modern with safe underground parking. The host was very helpful and we immediately wished we had booked for longer. The level of finish and attention to detail was exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so special and we will definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

Outstanding, flawless apartment

The apartment had 2 bathrooms, undercover parking, a tv in each bedroom and one in living room. The host also provided a number of bottles of water and bottle of wine.

Amazing!

Very spacious,clean, comfortabel and modern apartment with everything you might need. Dimitris is an amazing host, attended to all our needs, and even provided water, fruit and wine. Close to city centre but also close to the fortress and the nearby beach. Great value for money.

Excellent and above expectations

Nafplio pleasure stay II really exceeded our expectations. The property is modernly decorated and brand new. The appartment is very bright, with a wonderful terrace with great view. The rooms are large and designed profesionally. There is everything needed for comfort vacation. The location is great, really close to the center, no need for car at all. The host Dimitris is great and wonderful person. He was available for every question or request we had. The town of Nafplio is really worthy to visit. We had a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay at Nafplio Pleasure Stay II because of firstly and most importantly the cleanliness of the place which is also very welcoming and cosy. The amenities, are all brand new. The apartment is conveniently located close to everything including grocery stores, pharmacy, attractions, and entertainment, There is free parking, free strong Wi-Fi, and free cable TV. The hosts are very friendly and communicated with us almost immediately. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

I honestly cannot find a disadvantage. The host Dimitri made himself available from the beginning for us to contact him if we needed anything; however, we did not even have to do it.
