The location is great. Close to lots of restaurants, bars etc but on a side street so not noisy. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, we didn't like the breakfast. We tried for 5 mornings but it was always cold. They have a microwave but we didn't want to keep reheating food. We had breakfast elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

Great value place for you stay in langkawi. The location is excellent. Cenang beach is 15 mins away by foot. Great restaurants also near by. What i liked the most was how polite and helpful the staffs were. They were really accommodating and helped me to plan and arrange for our trips. Special thanks to Solehah!
This being a waterfront resort there will be some insects/mosquitoes. I dont think much can be done about this. The breakfast could have been a bit more better. But, given a choice I would stay again here!

The location is good, many restaurants nearby
You can walk to Pentai Cenang if it’s not too hot or the grab ride is 1/2€
It’s not clean at all
It’s not well maintained and bit old
Nothing compare to the beautiful pictures you see on booking
The breakfast is not good at all and cold anytime you go (first morning I arrived at 10 am it was empty and cold, the next day I arrived at 7:30 it was still cold not even room temperature)
The towels provided weren’t satisfying for an hotel: a big hole in one and may stains on the other
The wall were not clean at all (dirty like if soda was launched in the wall)
We had a “lake view” room and was too noisy with the frogs
