Room nr 06 needs a deep clean. Shower was blocked, not all plugs working, hair dryer not working, carpet and furniture extremely dirty, bed lamp not working, stains on duvet cover

A small, very nice hotel located in a secure, gated neighborhood with controlled access and security guards at the entrances. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are equipped with European-style power outlets and other thoughtful conveniences. The breakfast is delicious, the bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, along with soap and shampoo. The hotel is clean, very welcoming to guests, and conveniently located close to Brooklyn Mall.

This used to be an old favourite, the location is lovely. Breakfast improved since my last stay
Upon walking in, we immediately felt something at this property changed. The bar fridge was almost empty, not even coke stocked. There was an overflowing, dirty ashtray on our porch. Dirty hand marks on the patio door, as if someone looked into the room. Noisy fan in toilet. Broken soap dispensers. Not super clean. Staff screaming at the gate early in the morning. I doubt we'll return
