Room sizes were great. Location to the track was excellent.
Would have been good if it had a clothes dryer. Would have been good if they had left us fire wood as it was cold and wet. We did use the split system but the fire would have been nice.

The property was just released for a holiday home recently in early 2022. The location is fantastic and the facility is baby/kid/family friendly, big TV, high-speed wifi, DVDs, board games, baby high chair, all subtle things that make you happy and worry-free. Really enjoyed our time there!
The description on Booking.com didn't say that the linen, pillow case, etc. are optional at an extra charge per bed but the price on Booking.com is much higher than that on the Phillip Island holiday homes website. So I thought the price included the extras. When I received an email saying there is no linen, pillow case, etc. included before departure, I was in panic. Staff at Phillip Island holiday homes told me that Booking.com didn't send instructions on the optional (but charged in its standard price on Booking.com). Luckily, they were really helpful to arrange these at a last minute (at an extra charge of $90 anyway). So I'd suggest booking via Phillip Island holiday homes website if possible as it lists all instructions and notes, and it's cheaper!
