I had a wonderful stay at Nana’s Dorsett Residence KL with my family. The location is excellent, and the property is within walking distance of shopping malls, local eateries, the monorail, and other amenities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor, which was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, water purifier, cupboards/drawers, ironing board, microwave, kettle, fridge, small clothes rack all worked very well.
There is a swimming pool and gym on the 30th floor of the building. The wait time for the lifts was less than 5 minutes depending on the time of day.
The instructions provided before our arrival regarding key collection, Wi-Fi details, garbage disposal and other important information were clear and helpful. Since the time of the booking and during our stay, any queries or requests for towels, cleaning, were answered promptly through WhatsApp. At the time of booking, we had requested for an extra key which was provided. The 24-hour building security is excellent. The security staff were always helpful and friendly.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and very comfortable stay
There is construction going on next to the Dorsett residence building so you can hear some noise in the mornings, which was understandable & bearable.
We were more annoyed with people banging doors and dragging furniture late at night from the upper floors. I understand that this is not something the Dorsett Residence management can really control and is more a matter of guests being considerate of others staying in the building.

Location and flat was spacious
The cleanliness and hygiene standards were unacceptable. The apartment did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bed was made, but the bedsheets appeared to be unchanged, as we found hair from the previous guest on them. We also found cockroaches inside the apartment.
I reported the issue immediately, and only after my complaint did they send a cleaning company to properly clean the apartment. A property should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before handing it over to a new guest, not only after the guest complains.
